Difficult people are the one with whom we get difficult situations to handle. Difficult situations are part of everyone's life. Employers and employees can't get along. Buisiness partners may clash over money. Spouses cannot resolve disagreements. If you ignore them they will still become worse and everyone is miserable. Disconnecting from difficult people is not always wise and even it is not practicle because we feel alone if we keep on disassociate with people(whom we will be always in regular contact).
The Best solution for this to Confront and Handle people. When you face and resolve the problem yourself you will feel wonderful.
Six steps to prepare yourself for dealing with difficult people in your life:
1. Make a decision to setup a meeting with the person directly and by yourself.
2. Write down the exact problem you need to handle and your goal for the confrontation.
for example problem will be something like
"raja is refusing to pay me despite our agreement"
your goal should be something like
"raja pays me in full"
for example problem will be something like

3. write down a plan or list of points to supoort your goal: these are the facts, reasons and explanations you may need the other person to understand on your goal.
For example:
Goal: Client should pay for service in full.
Supporting points:-
a. Client a requested service
b. Client signed on pay for service agreement
c. service delivered on time, on demand with high quality.
d. Client is happy with our service etc..
4. Write down the objections, concerns and disagreements the other person may have: try to guess all the concerns the other person may have and write solution for concern/disagreement you need to dealt with.
For example:
Goal: Client should pay for service in full.
Supporting points:-
a. Client a requested service
b. Client signed on pay for service agreement
c. service delivered on time, on demand with high quality.
d. Client is happy with our service etc..

5. Organize and gather the supportive documents for the goal.
6. setup and start the meetinga. look the person directly in the eye.
b. Explain the problem that you defined in step 2.
c. try to explain the supportive points you written in step 3 and listen to the other person to make sure he understood everything.
d. answer all his concerns as you already prepared for some/most of them.
e. do not give up and persist until you achieve your goal.
The most frequently you confront with different difficult people around you, the more easy it becomes. Also the time to prepare for the confrontation reduces. When you handle everyone around you, people will respect your courage and your enemies either become harmless or become friends.
